In regards to its announcement on April 28, 2022, Daikin Industries, Ltd. announces that it has obtained all shares for Duplomatic, an Italian hydraulic equipment manufacturer, on June 30, 2022 (local time) and has completed its acquisition.

With this acquisition, Daikin intends to realize energy savings in the field of industrial equipment in Europe by integrating Duplomatic’s strength of extensive product lineup, robust engineering capabilities for hydraulic units and the strong business foundation in Europe with Daikin’s core technologies to reduce environmental load.
